I Know This Is Fake But....

Hey Ladies!

I was on the bus this morning and spotted an intresting Fendi bag. I am not a fendi expert but it didint even look like a style that Fendi Made.

I found these images online(this is a replica), and was wondering if Fendi actually makes something similar to this style.

Please let me know, greatly appreciated.

I don't remember seeing one like that. Not all bags are available in all stores though. But personally.... I have never seen that one.

I'm pretty sure they don't. I have seen this figment of someone's imagination before, though.

FENDI never made such a bag.

Looks like a modified version of the spy. No top flap and braided handles replaced with chains.

Eww. Yeah it does look like a modified Spy. There are several Fendi bags available that have the leather/zucca fabric combo. If you have some time I recommend browsing the great pics in tPF.

Weren't these all over eBay some time ago? Well, I guess the counterfeit business has 'designers' too, someone who just comes up with designs and slaps some logos on. Go figure.

I see it's got the Selleria tag on the OUTSIDE, but it's not a Selleria tag inside. Sometimes these are pretty comical.

I think it looks alright as a design. The metal is a little brassy, not a big fan of the zippers on the side, but otherwise it would be alright. Every now and then, I see a fake where I go "Hmm.. Fendi should hire that designer! That's pretty clever".

What's up with the Fendi Selleria tag on the front... as if someone will miss all the "F"s everywhere else.

Totally off topic... Kav - Your bunny is so adorable!

I don't buy fakes and despise them, but I have to say, I also like the design! I don't see what is butt ugly about the design? I'm sure if it was authentic, people would be snatching these up and would be singing a different tune. I am just commenting on the fact I like the design, I'm not condoning fakes.
