Help!! Beloved spy falling apart

Hi, the metal opening of the 'spyglass' part of the bag has lost a few screws and the fabric on one side is completely detached. The repair place I brought it to search for that size/type of screw for 3 months and was not able to find it. Anyone had similar problem? How/where did you get it fixed? I have heard that Fendi boutiques (there isn't even one in Minneapolis where I live) aren't exactly helpful.

The closure to the little compartment in the handle also does not work but I don't care about that as much.

This is the 3rd Fendi I've had with problems - love the designer but am getting frustrated with the quality!

Did you buy it from a FENDI boutique or a Department store? I would take it back to where you got it. They should be able to help you. It may take a while (I've heard) but the important thing is that it does get fixed, not how long it takes, right? Good luck!
