Default Great deals if you use BIN on Ebay

OK, I posted about the bag I bought with buy it now on eBay on the authenticate this thread. Litigatrix said that it looks good so far, and I am jumping for joy!! I hope that all works well with this, but following is why I am so thrilled:

Here is a link to the full discussion on another site:
http://forums.***************/showthread.php?t=846962

According to the above discussion thread, go to www.live.com, search for an item, for example "wii", "ps3" etc. Usually on the top of the page or at the side, there is a link to eBay, with a little graphic that says "get 35% cash back". Click on the ebay link. Search for the item that you want. You must use buy it now. When you click on the BIN button, you should see a graphic that tells you how much cash back you will get (through microsoft's live search cashback division, which is fairly new).

You need to purchase the item you want within 1 hour of clicking on the eBay link. according to the promo, you can get 35% cash back after 60 days, when you A. BIN and B. use paypal.

I bought a b-bag for $599 BIN, so my total cash back that is pending is a whopping $209.65!!!!!!!! If this works (microsofts live search cashback is a new thing) and the bag is indeed authentic, then I will have gotten the bag for $389.35 plus shipping! I am so ecstatic right now. I got a confirmation from eBay through my ebay account about the cash back. All I had to do was sign up for their cashback program through the link provided.

If anyone else chooses to do this, please consider the risk involved.

Some facts from other site:

Max cash back on any 1 item- $250

Interesting Points of Note:
  • You must successfully complete an eligible purchase on www.eBay.com using “Buy-It-Now” within sixty (60) minutes of clicking on an eBay paid search advertisement marked with the Live Search cashback logo (a “Online Session”);
  • Cashback Rewards will be applied only to the first eligible item you commit to buy during an Online Session.
  • Limit of 3 Online Sessions (transactions per account)
  • Limit of $250 (not sure if that is purchase or cashback limit)
  • Requires a 60 day waiting period before it MUST be credited to your Paypal Account
  • Only works on Buy It Now Items
ALSO - It takes at least a day (up to a week sometimes) for your rebate to show up and say pending in your account. Don't panic if its not there instantly, it'll post.

Additional Redemption Requirements. In addition to the redemption requirements in Program Terms, You must redeem Cashback Rewards obtained as a result of a purchase on www.ebay.com exclusively via your PayPal account.

The above is NOT TRUE. You CAN perform a bank-to-bank transfer.

I cant find the link to eBay....I see the whole cash back part. apparently you can do this with all kinds of different stores at different cash back rates. I'd like to find the eBay one tho, cause it's cash back percent is higher than some of the other ones. I'll keep looking.
