I just got a baby spy (with zipper) few weeks ago. Its so beautiful and the leather is very soft. I consider the Fendi spy a classic. Fendi shouldn't never discontinue the old baby spy.

I was wondering, how much is one of the spy bags in Canada?

A classic in my opinion! I went through a spy-crazy phase a few years ago, and now I have whittled my collection down to just one... but I'll never part with the one I have. I think it's a "must have" bag if you can swing it.

Spybag definitely not over being "hot" cause I have yet to buy my spy bag and I consider it a classic. I pretty much am happy with my Louis V, Coach, Burberry and Gucci collections so its time to venture out with Fendi and get the ULTIMATE SPY bag!!! Cant wait...must save much dinerrroooo!

I always tell them, if you buy it because you think it's the it bag and you plan on wearing it for only one season, it's not worth it. But if you love it and carry it well, it will last you forever. If you are considering ordering one soon, I really recommend that you get it at a legitimate seller, such as the Fendi Boutiques, Saks, Neiman, etc. The Spy is so popular that it has been imitated in the worse ways. Good luck!
That makes me so sad when I see a Spy bag that looks like it has been abused. There is NO reason to treat such a beautiful piece of art like it is a cheap Walmart bag!! Someone once watched me handle my Spy and they said "you treat that like you would a newborn baby." I guess I do...but I feel the leather can scuff easily and I want to cherish my blueberry dream for many more years to come!! I never knew that was how the leather became bubbly until you told me that. What a neat process!! Masterpiece and classic...what would Fendi be without the Spy bag? A darn disappointment I tell you! This was the handbag that began my love for Fendi...j'adore mi amour!

I think it is a classic and it's the bag that got me interested in Fendi. I went to the Bloomingdale's at the Beverly Center to try it out last week - one in black and the other in the brown/fendi print. I fell in love with the black one so I'm currently saving up for it.

p.s. Jessie Rose, that blue color is beautiful.

I will JessieRose

But oh, how I wish I could get it in white. I've searched the forum and heard that it was a hassle to take care of. Better to know now than to go through that experience. The ivory Fendi Spy looks like a piece of heaven *sigh*

I wanted the white one too, before the black one but I hear they are very difficult to keep clean..and all I thought was how upset I would be if I spent that much on a Spy and then it had color transfer..so I opted for black. The taupe and new green spy is beautiful!! Hm..decisions decisions. I had an SA send me pics of the taupe, new green, soft blue and brown ones they have if you want the email forwarded to you PM me and let me know!

I think Fendi makes innovative bag designs and the Spy is one of the most interesting handbag designs ever made.
