Post Fendi authenticity card cut, ordered from BF

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with
Fendi or other authenticity cards from BlueFly. The card I
received from my Fendi Chef logo frame bag was missing
its bar code and ref. #. It appears to have been cut out
with an exacto knife or razor. The BF rep had no answer for me
as to why the numbers were cut out.

Anyone here have any ideas?

I just ordered a Fendi Matrioska Mama bag and mine didnt even come with an auth. card at all! I just ended a chat with a flyrep and she said they will try to locate it in the warehouse...what are the chances of that?!! I'm kinda bummed out about it, but what can you do?

Wow, unbelievable. If it weren't for the deals on BF, I probably
would not buy from them. I spent hours on the phone with them
trying to get answers and an exchange. I sent it back and am
hoping for a bag with an uncut card.

the card isnt much for a big deal unless you're trying to sell the bag right? dont worry, i wouldnt worry too much about it. :)
