Have you talked to the Off 5th manager recently? Remind her that selling counterfeits is illegal if she brings up their return policy. Be prepared for the offer of store credit. If your credit card is still open, then that should be ok. Otherwise, insist on a refund. I'm sorry that I didn't do this, but I will tomorrow.

I just took about 50+ pictures of this bag (for the next step). I have to say, I'm a little sad to let it go. It's been with me over a year, and it's a cute little bag, too bad it wasn't real...

i know, i seriously loved my bag and even called it "my baby"...its sad to know that my "baby" was a fake...i swear i am so scared to buy anything from a store thats not retail now!

its a bit beat up though, they will still take it back right?

All right, successfully returned. The amount was put back on my Saks credit card, and I shall get a refund check in a few weeks.

Oh wow this is terrible! I always wanted to go to an off fifth store and get a reasonably priced bag but dont have one really close so had yet to make it there. Thank goodness you guys posted this stuff to protect others. I hope you get a speedy resolution!!

I returned my bag today!!! And I also got some Bitten by SJP shirts too!

Anyways, I have decided to get the Zucca Spy so I'm going to request a check and then sell some bags and charge the rest...ahhhh!
