I'm sure someone will have a better idea than me but... I would ask to see a better picture of the hardwear - the pic of the buckle that says 'Fendi' on it is half covered by glare from the flash so you don't know what it says.
I would also ask for more pics of tags and such. That way you know - if they don't get back to you or can't provide the pics - don't buy.
