But I can't really give an opinion on a bag without one I am afraid.
Thanks Baglady :)

Think I attached the wrong photo. I took a pic of the magnet closure found on the inner flap. (which can be found in my previous post). It is a round magnet and not the usual square Fendi one. I am also uncomfortable with the lining which is not the usual silk Fendi lining but a black cotton fabric. The leather does feel soft and the goose pimple thingeys feel like real parts of the top skin layer. When it's embossed, isn't it the same too? Don't hv much experience with ostrich, just like the look of it for this bag. There is also no fabric found in the inner lining which cld hv been the serial numbers. Sigh

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, and I'm so grateful that it exists. Again, I'm totally new to this (unfamiliar with how it works), so please be patient with me. I have an authenticity question...

I recently purchased a Fendi purse on ebay from a really terrific seller (she's super nice, and I totally think she's trustworthy), but I didn't want to bother asking her more questions than I already had. I can't find the purse anywhere else online, so I'd like some help from you, a neutral source. I don't question her integrity, I just want to know more about the purse.

Can you please tell me if you think (1) it's authentic, (2) the actual name of the baguette (not the name used in the description), (3) in which year and season it came out, and (4) how much it was most likely sold for? Please do not tell me to ask the seller. I'd rather get your honest and insightful opinions. Thank you very much in advance!!!

This is a photo of the magnet. It's round and not the usual Fendi square one. This bag doesn't look that old and vintage to hv a different magnet.

It looks authentic IMO, but can't say much more about it....Usually the year we feel is embedded in the last 3 numbers, so it might be 1999 manufacture year....

I can't really say for certainty...I have seen this sort of snap before & have not gotten a good feel for if it is definitely a sign of Fake bag yet...definitely not the norm, but there is a lot of variation among Fendi styles.

Thanks a lot! This is a private seller so I can view the bag and take my own pictures before I commit and pay. Will surely repost more pictures! Thanks again.
