I have some problems with the IPhone app. A couple of weeks ago it said "loading" and kept saying "loading" and then everything became black. I couldn't get the app to work again, and I tried for days. Had to uninstall and then reinstall. NOw I get these annoying "rate the app" message when I open the app and/or combined with the above: Connection Failure.
