I would email Vlad...that is what I did, but it seems if they have a new IP addy there is nothing that can be done...

So if they have a different IP addy there's no way to prove that it's the same person then?

I assume no....even if you KNOW it is the same person...as there is no REAL -proof.

Like I said, please just report them. I'm actually here a lot more than Vlad, reporting it WILL get to me, it's not all about IP addresses. I WILL research it I promise.

Omigosh, I never knew what sofa king banned was until now! Saw the first page and read sofaking out loud quickly :) I always thought it was users who asked to ban themselves (like a spending ban, or purse ban) to resist temptation from viewing the boards so they don't spend all day on the sofa, hence becoming a king on their sofa kingdom. Great imagination en? I just assumed really mean members would have a regular Banned title

I used to be on TPF all the time, and I got really busy and stopped coming on here regularly for about 2 years. I starting coming here again this month, and noticed that all these people I remembered (with high posts...some mods) are now sofa king banned! I wonder what happened!

Mods have been banned? Wow that's news to me!

I'm wondering the same!? I can think of one, years ago.

I know of one who isn't a Mod anymore for some reason, but I don't pay close enough attention to know about others or any who are no longer here.

We're talking about being banned though, mods come and go, that's normal. Normally a mod isn't banned. I'm surprised she's noticed "some mods" are banned. My memory must be bad!

I can think of one that stepped down then was ban.

If we're thinking of the same one. . . . she never stepped down She was unmodded and then banned very soon after.

Must be a story there that most of us will never know.
