I actually just tried it again, and for some reason I can't even FIND my email address anywhere in my profile. While I'm certain it's correct (since I receive notices of PMs and other communication from tPF), I'm a little concerned since I can't seem to locate my email address (or access it) anywhere from my Profile/Control Panel. Every time I try to access my email/password, the same thing happens (what I described below).

Every time I click on the link to take me to my email address, it asks me for my password and asks if I want to reset it. When I enter my password, it immediately takes me to my profile.

Altho I'm almost certain the correct email address is on file, how can I confirm this?

ETA: OK -- here is what happens

1. I try to retrieve my email address to confirm

2. I'm asked for my password to continue

3. Once I enter my password and click on SAVE CHANGES, I'm immediately taken to my profile

I can't even find my email address anywhere

I'm trying to update my no longer valid email account, but it is asking for my password which I can't seem to get right.

(it's stored on my computer, but won't work for this for some reason)

Since my email is no longer valid, I can't reset my password.

Help, please?
