I think I read that too. I usually use hotmail for my daily emailing needs but used my yahoo.com account (that I rarely check) to sign up tPF.

for some reason, I can't even view my email address that's on file to confirm it.

Every time I click on the link to take me to my email address, it asks me for my password and asks if I want to reset it. When I enter my password, it immediately takes me to my profile.

Altho I'm almost certain the correct email address is on file, how can I confirm this?

ETA: OK -- here is what happens

1. I try to retrieve my email address to confirm

2. I'm asked for my password to continue

3. Once I enter my password and click on SAVE CHANGES, I'm immediately taken to my profile

I can't even find my email address anywhere
