October Giveaway Entry Error

I tried to enter the october giveaway but i always get an error and its the same error, the entry never completes successfully. I am confused why this happens....as i have tried using different computers to do this and even used different browsers (firefox and IE) but always same error

whats wrong? I attached a pic...help!!

has anyone had any problems with this?

I just tried and I couldn't access the give away. I can't even see that other people have left responses.
I see the title of the thread, but its just a line where you normally would see "last post", threads and posts.

All other threads appear as normal.
