add my photo to my profile?

Hi! I tried to add a photo to my profile through upload as opposed to url but it says the upload failed. But then my profile looks like it has my photo? I wonder if my photo will be next to this post. Hrm. Thanks!

Hi!
The photo that shows up in your posts is actually called the "avatar".
Load a photo to your avatar if you want to see it by your name each time you post.
