This seller has quite a few listings like this. Its a pain sometimes looking through ones like these for the "real thing".

Yes, because it is in title. People doing a such for Juicy Couture will have this listing pop up. It would be okay if the seller put that statement in the description, i.e., "this charm will fit most juicy couture necklaces"

Thanks Lushbaby. I thought it might be but wasn't positive. I wonder what percentage of sellers do that knowing its not allowed and how many just haven't read the rules.

lol Don't you wish sometimes that when you come to something like that you could hit delete and it would disappear from your screen!

Absolutely, no matter how nice her item is and how well it would go with Juice, it's not allowed.
Cheers

Ugh! When I was searcing for an Ipod it was rediculous! I kept finding Mp3 cases that would hold and Ipod. It was very annoying!

You need to report keyword spamming. Scroll down to bottom of the eBay listing where it says "report this item" and follow it out (you click on three things like keyword spamming, counterfeit items, etc); then at the end of those three things (pick one from all three), it will let you send an email with that listing's # to ebay so they can remove it..it's not hard.
