I am awaiting a package and my tracking info says the exact same thing. The only time that I have ever noticed a change in the status (in the past) was after it had been delivered.

i think you give priority ail 14 days maybe even 30. i shipped out a bag and it actually took about ten days to get to the buyer. we were both very nervous but it got there okay. i just make sure to insure things now.

It was supposed to ship in a Priority Box, which is 2-3 business days.

So if it doesn't arrive, how long are we supposed to wait before filing a claim?

First, is there any kind of update on your tracking number? Does it at least say that it has "processed?" That proves that she did mail it. If not, I would email the seller and just follow-up with her. Then, I would at least wait a full week from the day she shipped to file a claim. However, the mail could be slow, so you may even give her until Saturday and then file the claim. Just a thought...

ANOTHER UPDATE...

Emailed seller about my Fendi bag and she was really cool. I don't know why but I thought the seller was a man. We ended up talking to each other on the phone and she was so apologetic about it all. She is in the process of remodeling her home and taking care of some emergency repairs that just occurred. She printed the label on the 17th but didn't get it mailed until yesterday. She went on and on about how sorry she was. I told her I know things happen in your personal life that you can't control. So it's all good. Also, my tracking info for the bag updated this evening and it finally was processed and left her post office. So it is on it's way to me. Can't wait!!! I will let you guys know when it gets here!!! : yahoo:

Glad to hear you found out where your bag is! I contacted the seller two days ago and asked for the tracking number. She told me there is NO tracking number, that she mailed the package on the 17th and that she hopes it arrives soon. So I am nervous! Especially since a Media Mail package that I ordered the day before has already arrived (yesterday). Her auction said she would mail it in a Priority Mail box, so it should be here by now. Tomorrow is the "one week" mark from when she sent it. I did pay for it on a CC just in case something bad happened so I could dispute the charge.

I can't believe she didn't put a delivery confirmation number or something to identify the package. That's not smart. Not only does it benefit you but it benefits her as well. If you still don't get it, just file the claim. Paypal will side with you because the seller can't show proof that it was delivered. That's her fault for not covering her tracks. I hope your package arrives soon. Keep us posted...

I think I will give her until Saturday for the package to arrive, then start the PayPal process. I have not given eBay much business in the last few years because of all the negative "press" they get here and problems I have heard about, and after this I don't know if I will use them again, period.

On a happier note, we might be neighbors! I work in Tulsa. So nice to know that there is at least one other tPF member in this town!

At least you know that one of the sellers will be easy to work with! I hope that they get here soon--enjoy your new pretties!

YAY that you received your dress! My item STILL did not come, and it has now officially been a week since she sent it. I really thought it would show today. It's amazing that things that shipped much later have arrived, and my "media mail" package arrived two days ago, yet a priority mail package is just mysteriously absent. Not happy!

Well, I contacted the seller again to let her know the item still had not come and that I was concerned. She advised that the sent it Parcel Post and it could take 5-7 days. Her auction said that the item would be shipped in a Priority Mail box! I checked her feedback and discovered that all but ONE of her feedbacks are as a buyer and not a seller. Ugh! I guess if it turns up then that's fine, but her auction was not exactly truthful in terms of shipping and my expectations.

So, Saturday has come and gone and still no package. I guess since the seller NOW tells me that she shipped my "Priority Mail" via Parcel Post I have to give her a bit more time. Should I be upset about the shipping issue? I mean that the listing said Priority and the seller failed to ship via that method? This is assuming the thing ever gets here! How much time should I give before I file a complaint for non-delivery for a parcel post item?

Mail has been really slow lately. I still haven't received my Fendi baguette that I keep talking about. According to the tracking it shows that it processed and left a Houston PO Friday around 8:00 p.m. So, I thought I was going to get it Saturday possibly but never showed. It SHOULD show Monday and if it doesn't I am going to be .

As far as your situation, I think that you have every right to be upset about the switch on shipping services. That just shows that she is being dishonest and not giving you proper communication. If I were you I would add a week from the last day the Parcel Post states it is suppose to arrive. Honestly, that's giving too much time, but just consider slow mail too. I know how frustrating it can be to wait for something you are dying to receive. My heart sank when the postman just kept on driving when he came to my house Saturday. Just be patient and everything will work out. If my package arrives Monday, I will let everyone know.

Well, hopefully you will be posting good news today, fashiongirl26! My package has FINALLY arrived, and since you are nearby I am guessing yours may have also arrived. Whew! I really thought I was going to have to file a dreaded claim. Need to stay away from eBay!
