I have Best Offers on my listings and I will usually accept anything that is within a 15-20% (depending on the item) off offer. I have also had some success buying with the best offer method.

Ugh, then you'd hate the resale shop I went to yesterday....they wanted to give me only $1000 for a bag that would now retail for over $2000. So basically whatever price they're going to put it up for, they take half.
I wish I hadn't sold them my Dior Girly Reporter....I paid like $783 for it and they gave me $225. It had never even been used.

But as for eBay, I had an item up once that I really thought people would be into (I researched ended auctions) and mine was in really good condition.
I had a BIN or Best Offer up and no one even bothered to OFFER!

Yeah I think that's a little extreme, maybe the seller wants to attract people with the BO option but really wants them to BIN with the Live cashback that's going on.

Personally I've had pretty good experience with BO - both buying & selling - so no complaints. :)

whoa, weird....that's awfully close for the seller not to accept!

I usually pay $0.25 extra for BO....

ITA! it's totally annoying and a waste of time! i've done it to a keyfob set at BIN of $50. i gave up and won another one by bidding ($28). last i checked, the $50 one was still unsold. i bet all the potential buyers have been cheesed off by the auto-reject as well!
