That she will make a payment today Nov5,2009 until now still now receive a payment. she told me will pay via paypal. I send remain invoice to her again. but no answer yet. I always got a problem this kind of people that never email back for pay too late. I want to buyer that prompt to pay within 2-4 days but not over more a week. Why people bid athought they dont have money in a bank? my purse is only 150.00 and free shipping. what you think about it? and next week I have to got out town again.. tried to waiting everyday.

File a NPB case against this buyer and re-list the item if they still don't pay.

I'd give her another 48 hours then file. If she said she'd pay today, she may have to wait till she gets home, or to the bank, or whatever. Many companies frown on people using work computers/internet for personal business. Where I used to work, it was grounds for dismissal if you did ANY kind of personal business on work time using the internet.

I agree. Wait until today 5th is over then click on resolve a problem.
Choose I have not been paid, not cancel.
That gives them 4 days to pay. So if they are being true, they will pay very soon and say sorry if you are lucky.
If not, after 4 days you can close it and get your fees back.
As you are going away, just pack the purse and take it with you. No stress either way.
Good luck!

We're on Day #10 -- that's more than enough time, IMO, and more than what eBay specifies. The buyer also has a habit of ignoring emails.

Yup, file NPB as you have given her ample time to pay

I report ebay unpaid item this Morning. And got her email.
"Yes I am happy I won the purse. And I am sure that you and your wife hate me for this put I just realized I have a student loan, my first one, due next week. I need the extra money for that. I am terribly sorry but I got a letter in the mail yesterday reminding me of the payment and I need to pay for the first. I would not ask you to hold the item an additional two weeks until I get paid again because in these times I know you need the money. I hope you can understand and not be upset too terribly with me. Beautiful purse absolutely, I would have loved to have it, but I have to make sure this payment goes through so my credit and my education is payed for.

Thank you so much and again I am sorry,"

I am so tried about this people. Why you dont have money please do not bid...
And I would advise her do not pay this purse. keep her money to pay for school better.
This purse not important more than education.
I would not wait another 2 weeks and another weeks again.
I better keep this purse to carry by myself.
she has 4 feedback. latest from 2008. It's seem like scam mail or liar.

I think she is faking it. But you can check by posting her userid in this service by goofbay ( not eBay).
http://www.goofbay.com/ebay_bid_history_tool.html

If you find that she is actually bidding on a whole lot of other stuff, at least you can feel very strong in lodging the unpaid item and seeing it through. Chances are she has 2 strikes already and doesn't want a 3rd.

Or she genuinely is messed up, which doesn't excuse her from wanting to mess up your life too.

be strong!

Screw her. Who cares what sad cock and bull story she tells you, they're a dime a dozen. Even if it's true, a student loan, how sad...how about not bidding on a purse if it means you can't make a loan payment - which you've irresponsibly forgotten about - on time? No one should have the sense of entitlement that she has: I am getting an education, so I'm entitled to not pay for items I've bought until it suits me, and I'm not going to mention it beforehand at all. I'm sorry but that's so annoying to even read; give her a strike and try to forget about it.

Go ahead and file the unpaid item.
You deserve to be paid for your item.
Good luck.

UGH I hate it when this happens, I got my first late payer today too (but on Bonz). ITA with everyone else, just give her NPB/Neg fb and relist the item. I'm sorry you had to go through such BS!
