That is really underhanded. It is impossible to make the mistake the bidder claimed to have made. And the fact that she/he bid under a separate Id with a different price makes that even clearer.

The dishonesty of some people truly dismays me.

More LV, you are right. The seller has the right to choose who they allow to bid on their auctions. It's the sellers auction and they can put what ever TOS they want. Buyers seem to think sellers are obligated to them and they are NOT. The buyer violated ebay rules and if reported all their id's will be NARU'd.

From what I gather, this isn't the first time the bidder has done this.
