What rights do i have as a seller?

Sellers have no rights. Heck if people that don't buy something can leave you negative feedback and eBay won't remove it then what good are they?

Don't you just love the fact that the buyer gets the last word on the feedback also. If someone posts negative comments then you can respond but then they can call you a liar and that is fine. I HATE eBay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that sucks for the op! i'd be too afraid to get negative feedback or worse yet, loose money on the deal. i'd start posting too you are a non-smoker and can't possibly be responsible if your mail carrier does! eek!
