Default What Do you do when EBay removes your bag for sale when it is Authentic?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post - but I am new to selling on eBay. This is completely bizarre to me - I just got a notice from eBay that my bag was removed (i assume because they think it is a fake). But my bag is absolutely authentic? Does anyone have any experience with this and what I should do?

This is completely BIZARRE!!!!

^^ awe, i'm so sorry this happened to you girl!!!...it happened to me too 1 & 1/2 years ago...they don't bother me anymore, now that i'm an MPRS seller...back then i was a powerseller w/over 100 transactions & 100% positive feedback...i noticed that as soon as i became a powerseller, i became a target...i'm not sure why they go after some sellers & not others...but anyone on e-bay selling high-end designer goods is at risk...the most important thing to know now is not to re-list the item (unless e-bay gives you approval)...once you have 3 strikes against you, they'll suspend your account...in my situation, i dropped my powerseller status & had to sign a form promising to sell only authentic goods...then i became an MPRS seller & never had another problem...i'm sure this thread will be moved to the e-bay forum, where more gals can chime in & offer advice...wishing you all the best of luck (((hugs)))

eBay won't do anything. Their trust and safety dept is impossible to deal with. They take forever to get back to you and then just send you a canned response that doesn't even answer your questions.

It's frustrating - you hear cases like yours where they pull legit bags, and some auctions of obviously fakes, no matter how much you report them - stay up.

You go to their website (www.mypoupette.com) and fill out an application. I believe you have to have sold 35 authentic bags with positive feedback.

i have sold 5 but now i dont even list anymore since eBay takes it off...is just unfair how even the people who are selling genuine product are being mistaken for fake sellers. sighs
