Angry Warning.... Do not buy from this seller!!!

Several people including myself have paid for our items and never received them. I filed to get my money back from paypal right away. They are giving them until 7-18 to respond.

I am not trying to smear a fellow seller. This person is bad news. They sent me an email three days after I made the purchase saying that they experienced a death in the family- in fact I know I mentioned it here somewhere in a thread titled "How Long". Well they said that they would send my bag right away and guess what? LOL. They never did. I left negative feedback and checked today to see that two other buyers had the same issue. I know I will get my hard earned money back... but I wanted to be sure there wasn't anyone else that might be scammed by them.

Also... after looking through their feedback I should have known. All the positive gained was from small purchases. A dollar here and there builds up a nice history that unless looked at, makes it feel ok to buy from them. Sad thing is... they will just get a new eBay ID and start all over, so I am going to read all feed back... make sure they are a legit seller first. Also... would probably really help my wallet to avoid eBay all together.

And SHAME on them for using a death in the family excuse. How dare they?

Scammers used that excuse a lot, it's really shameful.

Hope paypal will get your money back quickly.

I hate when people use the death excuse.. because if it's true then I would give them some time at least another week or two. But you never know if they are being honest or not and that sucks. But also, I know you a grieving but it only take a few minutes out of your day to complete all your transactions and then you are done.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this. I can't believe how often people use that excuse. I'm sure some are legitimate but my last 2 non-paying bidders used that excuse on me and it gets pretty hard to believe after that.

I'm not sure why they even bother with that excuse. Its in the same ballpark of "I bought this bag at a wealthy estate sale."

Thanks for letting us know! I hope that it all gets worked out in your favor!
