Do a google search, anywho search, and whatever other search to try to ferrett her out. Of course, the credit card companies will be doing their own searches too. Did anyone ever sell her anything?

If you read the whole thread, you would know that it's ROMiE-OMIE. I've enclosed the 2 other threads about her eBay shenanigans from a few pages back.



PM the other buyers and get each other phone # and 3-way call. You can individually write up your own events (including her eBay ID and auctions) and submit all of your complaints TOGETHER to your own police department and to her local police department.

is it against tpf rules to post the tpf ids of the folks scammed? i am one of them. can someone give a list - or PM me with it. i am not sure how to do it, but at least if there's people living in the US, we could do something, maybe??
she can read all this, but i really don't care at this point.

in the latest one - she says something like , since you didnt give me your phone number, its safe to assume that i received the bag. yeah right. i'll post the email in my original post.

She listed this bag three times on eBay. I communicated with her and asked her if she was a pf member? she replied yes i am Romie-Omie so i trusted her because she was a pfer. When i saw the bag listed the second time i asked her what happened and she replied non paying bidder. Few days later this is what i got from her through ebay:
Hi. I am now going to take offers on this bag. I think you were one of the one's that asked about a BIN. The winner of the original auction was a deadbeat! I already have an offer in and will be taking them until Sunday evening so I can ship Monday. Thanks and just let me know!
I let it go and then i saw the bag listed for the third time and got sold for four hundred some thing. I e-mailed her again and asked her what happened this time and this is what she replied:

Hi. I am not relisting via eBay. Too many
international nightmares and NPB's. The latest is
demanding the bag but refuses my payment method. I
don't use paypal, though accept all major credit cards
via a secure merchant account. I am sick of
troublesome buyers. For now I am taking an eBay
break. The only thing you can do is send me an offer
and I can invoice you for it. thanks!
so i offered her $700 for the bag and she took my offer and i paid her through google on 1/27/08. She was suppose to ship the bag on 1/29/08.

Okay, I can accept that. I would need your first and

When i did not get the tracking number on 1/29/08 i e-mailed her and got a auto reply form yahoo saying:

I will be away until 01/31/2008. I will return emails beginning
02/01/2008. Thanks for your patience!

So i waited till 2/1/08 and when i did not hear from her again i e-mailed her again and got another auto response saying:

My family emergency and current weather conditions are delaying my
return. Any items that are awaiting shipment will be shipped on 2/3/08.
When I return I will also provide updates for items that have already
shipped. None of the tracking info is currently with me. This situation
is chaotic and out of my control. Thank you for your continued
patience.

After this, i have e-mailed her four times and never got any replies from her any more. Until today i was still hoping to hear from her but when i saw every thing else on the forum about her i started asking questions from fellow pfers. I called my CC and they put a temporary charge back for $700 but she has 30 days to contact them. I never got any tracking info from her. If any one needs her name or e-mail address please pm me and hopefully we can find her and get our moneys back.

I have her name if any one needs it. When i did not hear from her i called 411 to get her phone number but it was unlisted. Her address is a p.o. box too.

she is in deep $hit now. if all the buyer report her seperately and together then the police def. take this serious and find her for sure. plus, contact google about this situation and ask them if it is possible to provide her bank info. i wish her the worst of everything
