I highly suggest that all those who got scammed by this person try to put a class action suit against eBay or paypal to get them to do something about it. Or maybe somehow get the police involve. It maybe worth a try.

Anything with a thick rubber sole is a "tennis shoe" to me. I guess I should have just said shoes. Anyway...

Vans are shoes. Some are slip on, some tie on and some are dressier and some are more casual. Some of them even look like works of art However, none of them could be mistaken for a Balenciaga handbag which I think was the point.

court records show she works/worked at a credit union where she was being garnished // probably just a small portion of the huge financial problems she was/is facing

Court records also show attempted service by a process server with her correct address. If you need this information to file a police report or a report with the USPS for fraud.

I call all shoes like that tennis shoes too . . . I'm from the South.
DH is from the NE and calls them sneakers. I joke w/ him and ask if he's going to be sneaking up on me in them? LOL!

I'm planning on filing a Police Report. Has anyone else filed one whos been recently scammed? Surely it'd be much more effective if every one who just got ripped off by her filed at about the same time. PM me if your planning on it.

That's what I call them, too—sneakers. I am from Connecticut.

But it's weird because when I need to purchase actual sneakers for tennis, I felt as though I really had to express not just tennis shoes, but actual shoes for tennis.

Uh, comforting to know that a scam artist works for an entity that no doubt has a database with SS #'s and other identity theft type info.

I call them tennis shoes...I'm from Cali but my ex boyfriend from CT called them sneakers. I always thought that sounded funny.
