No No Lovely4. It happened at the same time as the other tPF victims, before PB disappeared last weekend.

BeBear.

I think you should report for false information.

Get the ball rolling for false contact information.

Did you call that number and ask for Mxxxy Axxxxt?

Yes I called and there's no such person. I've reported for false contact info with eBay already. I just got off the phone with a PP rep and she asked me to file a NR claim now. This will put a hold on the money. If seller shipped something else, I can call and open a SNAD claim.

I am shocked that nobody has left negative feedback for this person yet. It has been almost 2 weeks for some buyers already. Wouldn't they wonder what's going on with 2-weeks of zero communication?

BTW CleoCouture, check the return address pretty*bubbles gave you. Make sure you're not shipping it to the hospital.

Well if you read or will read the Violet Vans thread (very long), all the info is there. People just didn't suspect they had been scammed until several people had already been scammed and then they started putting the pieces together. They either never received their bag or they got a box full of junk (hence the Vans in the title - one person got a pair of Vans instead of a Violet GGH Balenciaga bag.) I know it is absolutely crazy, but here she is doing it all over again. And I am sure reading all these posts.
What I want to know is what bank account is she using for Paypal? Couldn't paypal somehow trace her to that? I mean she was accepting paypal and it's connected to a bank account right?

I doubt if PP will ever reveal her bank account info. They emphasize their privacy protection, but we know they are just protecting their own benefits.

Yeah when I talked to the buyer protection staff, she said she cannot disclose any info regarding her account, but they will do everything to try to recover the money -- again the usual answer from PP.

Can anyone tell me what a pair of VANS is?

I highly suggest that all those who got scammed by this person try to put a class action suit against eBay or paypal to get them to do something about it. Or maybe somehow get the police involve. It maybe worth a try.
