Wow. I skimmed (hard to concentrate w/ a 3 year old crawling on you) this post. It makes me so sad that people can do such horrible things to others. I hope everything works out for everyone!!!

You can request the owner's information for a PO BOX. Not sure how to go about it... I would start by calling the post office where the PO BOX is located.

If you do a search on myspace under her first and last name and then one under her yahoo address you get two different myspace pages but both have the same info...age...location things like that. Either way it's hers.

I read through this thread last night for a good two hours and then proceeded to have a nightmare about it!

Hopefully "europe" is code for PRISON and that's exactly where this lowlife ends up!

I hope that this works out in the end for everyone that got scammed...I told DH about this too and he couldn't believe it!

It really is too bad that even a good seller can turn bad at any moment and rip lots of ppl off. Makes buying/selling on eBay very difficult for the honest folks with some morals! I guess the buyers have to take more into consideration now. I would think the longer someone has been selling on ebay, the more important it is to them so that they are less likely to run scam to retire.

I would think if a seller has a lot of things for sell that would show they are planning to stick around longer as well. Not sure if it could actually be quantified though.

I hope she is caught too, most of the time - things always catch up to these ppl.
