hmm...one thing i've learned on eBay is to refrain from dealing with people outside the country. either buying or selling. i won't sell to anyone outside the us since i had problems before (the person used a stolen credit card so i was out both cash and item). buying products take too much time to be sent, making it sometimes harder to file claims if something goes wrong.

i dont think you should be scared of buying something more than 20 bucks on eBay. i lost 2000 in cash and a new laptop but ebay generally does have good people on it. i'm really sorry this happened, i can only imagine what youre going through.

The bankruptcy meeting of the creditors has been rescheduled to May 13th. She has filed her schedule, and lists almost $8000 owed to Google Check Out.

Wow I spent a better part of my day today reading through all of these posts and OMG what a horrible experience! I am livid that this woman thought she could get away with this garbage.....and her lame excuse to the people she stole money from was just rediculous! I really hope she rots in jail for what she has done. Nasty nasty human being!

Ok so this scam artist has 2 myspace pages and on one of them she says "BRITTNI IS GETTING READY FOR 3 WEEKS IN EUROPE!"
Gee I wonder where she got the money to fund this trip of hers? I really hope she doesn't go and stay there to avoid prosocution.

I spent a lot of time reading this... its so scary to think that someone will try to win your trust and cheat you out of your money in a second without any remorse or ethics. WOW I am so sorry this had happened.I just found this forum b/c I sell and buy on eBay since 1999. I too almost bided on miliano aka r-o auctions a while good and yes I got a second offer but never followed through since the transaction will be outside eBay therefore no protection. Lessoned learned. Any updates?
