Just looking at her auctions, says she's in Oklahoma, good old USA.
As soon as she sent a counterfeit item over state lines, I believe that made her commit a federal crime. Postal fraud is treated very seriously in the US. She's in BBIIIIIGGGGG trouble. Ladies, collate your infomation, hopefully you'll have requested her details from "My Ebay" page (before she has had a chance to change it) and then Contact; http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/fo...Complaint.aspx This logs the complaint. The fact that there is more than one, will get things moving.. This is a link to the Federal Trade Commission. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/...O%20FOR%20HELP It offers information in relation to the "Mail or telephone order rule".. contravening this, is the federal offence. *AHA*! Just found the FBI "Internet Crime Complaint Centre" http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/ It specifically deals with this type of crime, and if you read the FAQ, it also mentions that "Q: Can I file a complaint if I have been victimized by an individual or company in the United States, but I am not a citizen of the United States? If one of the two parties involved is located within the United States, please feel free to file a complaint. " And you also really need to contact her local police. I really hope you get this criminal. Good luck K |

What a nightmare for these buyers - we all feel your pain. OT, maybe ebay's new policies to focus FB on sellers rather than buyers is not so off-base. A fraudulent seller can wreak far more havoc on people and their bank accounts than a fraudulent buyer.

I went through something very similar; where the seller sent me a plastic cosmetic case instead of the b-bag I paid for. I say go the postal route in the terms of mail fraud. This seller is SCUM and I agree; I guarentee she knows exactly what she is doing. Please keep us posted!!!
