Uponthe ventura, if you do a little research, you should be able to get her phone #.

Perhaps, the SA at Barney's can look it up for you.

You are definitely on the right track and wish you well in the "hunt" for this cheat &

despicable person.

If they "family" still has po connections, wonder what they will be subjected to

after an investigation.

Yes, Ventura, please do report back as soon as you have news. Those people may have been pulling this little con game with gift cards for quite some time. They probably weren't just weren't planning on tangling with the ace TPF Detective Squad!!!!!

This gal bought another $500 Barneys Gift Card on 10/20! A fellow ebayer just alerted me. I just sent a message to that seller!!!!!

I have stopped short of getting the phone numbers as the temptation is too great to call. I am just someone that has to know that I tried EVERYTHING I could to solve a problem. I can't stand people who rip others off.

Well since the sister lives in New York, I think they buy things on sale and then sell them on ebay (Judging by the designers they sell) they are designers that are sold at Barneys... The buyer lives in Ohio where I don't think there are any Barneys around... I really want to know if that other Barneys card was sent to the sister/relative in NYC..

Well I have to try everything because my guess is that the card was delivered with no signature- and they know it, so they feel they can get away with this.. I think my only hope is ebay helping me out. Paypal will be useless, and so will the USPS, I think...
