By the way the feedback mentioned in her email was because I told her I was going to leave the woman a "false positive" next week with a scathing message. lol. She told me not to do that but only state facts as this chick can have the comments removed. It is absolutely hilarious how little rights sellers have!

Hopefully you will hear about within the 48 hours.

This buyer thinks she is slick but if it turns out that she did do this, she

will have alot of answering to do.

Wonder if she has done this before? And perhaps ebay is just catching up with her.

Wonder how she is going to feel when someone (maybe police) come knocking on

her door.

Keep us updated

I'm sorry this is terrible. Hope you can solve this problem with PayPal, especially the buyer has HISTORY.

If not, I def. would get NYPD involved, they can request Barney's to submit the tape and identify the person.
Since you have the buyer's address, it's easy for them to find and question her or scan postal workers in 10003.

I am going to tr to get the postmaster for 10003 as well. They dont give out numbers anymore but I am sure my post office will help me get the phone number.

And remember, the buyer (also powerseller) lives in Ohio per her ebay location. This I verified with Linked In and her employment. lol. Her relative (sister I think) is the one who received the gift card in New York.

Oh look what I found! Her About Me Page! "Its a family affair" between her mother, sister, and herself. There is one of my theories proven right.
