I keep lurking and following this thread every day and it just keeps getting better and better. I can also say that the local USPS where my parents live is absolutely awful (really tiny rural town, postmasters will actually take your stuff home with them, borrow your magazines/catalogs, etc. and then bring it to you a month later, etc.) and nothing is ever done about it.
OP, I hope you really get to roast this ring of scamming family members, as it looks like they've been doing this for a while and think they are rather good at it. So when you finally take them down it's going to be very well deserved. I'm so glad you're actually doing something about it, rather than let it go and letting them get away with something like this and chalking it up to a loss. You rock dude! |

Well you guys have been amazing and supportive. I think you will get a kick out of what a fellow ebayer said regarding me posting the story here at The Purse Forum:
"OH I'm SO GLAD you decided to post there. I NEVER sell purses but those gals are absolute PIT BULLS when it comes to sinking their teeth into something like this. Not sure if you followed the thread there awhile back where they outted a BIG seller on ebay who regularly buys clothes and purses here and then files SNAD saying how awful they were to get her money back or a partial refund and then LISTS said items in her store describing them as "perfect". Gawd that thread was AWESOME!!! " Very cool pitbulls!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Yep. We are pit bulls. I think most of us are (or were) buyers and sellers and know most of the ins and outs of both sides of the fence. It ain't fun nor is it pretty but someone has to do it!

The seller referenced is Jennilicious!! and bra-licious!!, jenny-penny-benny, cariboucake and other names -- she was written about on CNN as being a doctor that sells on Ebay (but it wasn't disclosed that she was fired from the hospital she claims to work at). She buys items, complains and negs, gets a refunds and relists at 10x the original price as 'perfect'. I think it's in her fb that she also sells counterfeit victoria secret items (with labels cut out). I think she also sells under JLickteig which is another ID. She's gotten a lot of people suspended or sanctioned on the clothing board by just mentioning her ID and what a scammer she is. Apparently Ebay is protecting her and covering up her thieving ways. I love this thread! Ebay/Pay Pal will close their accounts if they are charged with any crimes, don't forget that. |

doesn't it just make you want to reach though the computer screen and strangle these scammers!!!!!! there needs to be harsher consequenses for these criminals, like jail time! what a lot of unneeded stress you are going through.
