Default Urgent!Buyer say I don't reply and want to cancel paypal!

I replied the buyer everytime she wrote to me and a copy of my reply always sends a copy to my email box.

However, the buyer wrote to me again saying she hasn't heard me for 5 days!!! And she is going to cancel her paypal payment today!

I don't know what's going on!

I already paid more on postage since only SD can cover up to 250 pounds!

She only wanted to send it 1st class signed for!

Is she playing some tricks? The bag hasn't arrived yet since if I sent it as SD next day it would cost me 50 pounds!

SO I told the buyer it's ok I paid double the money she gave me for postage since I don't want the bag get lost and can't get insurance cover it!

But it will take up to a week to arrive to her!!!

Is it possible she cant receive my emails for so long? But everytime I send one, eBay sends me a copy so I think all the emails go through!!!

And she asked me end the bid for her so I can't get her info on eBay to contact her!

Can she cancel the paypal payment???

Then she would have the bag....and got her money back???

Help help!!!

Ask her check eBay MESSAGE INBOX.....i didn't receive any sms from Ebay sent to my email address last week. they usually sent the sms to Ebay inbox and my direct email, but last week i did not receive it via my email, and when I log in to Ebay, i saw i've got question/answer! so strange! I check my Email's spam....nothing....ask her log in to her account or you can forward all to her again. i think she's just nervous!

First got scammed so much by scamme seller...
Then had to sell my own stuff...

But she's using eBay mail box to write to me!....

Why weren't you able to insure the bag?
During this new policy transition period I would
limit my sales to fully insured, fully traceable shipments.

I think your Buyer is receiving your Emails.
She may be nervous. When you hit reply,
can you view her direct email and try sending a 2nd copy that way?

I am new to eBay...I thought 10 pounds should be enough to send the bag...it is...but to insure the bag since it's over 200 pounds, must be Special Delivery. and it would cost 50 pounds to send it next day...to get it fully insured and not over my budget...since the buyer is not willing to pay more on postage...I had to pay myself..so I chose the slower way..which is up to a week...still it cost me 20 pounds...

yea, I tried to send a copy don't know if she got them...
