Thumbs down UPS Sure Knows How to Take Care of A Package

In general, I like UPS and use them for most of my shipping needs. But imagine my suprise when I came back from lunch today to find a box on my porch containing my latest bag from eBay looking like this

My UPS guy just chucks stuff at the door and leaves it there, doesn't even ring the bell.

When I moved to New Mexico I shipped a bunch of my stuff UPS and when the guy came to pick it up, he gave me a lot of attitude about how I should have brought the boxes downstairs (I lived in a three-floor walkup) and when my stuff did eventually arrive in NM (late), one of the boxes had a giant hole and the other ones looked like the OP's box.

This is EXACTLY why I never use UPS ~ they STINK!

I have NEVER had anything from USPS looking like that!

Wow - did the truck run over it????

I had a package arrive soaking wet, DRIPPING with water. I think they had chucked it in the ocean and it floated here!!

The other day I was in the car and I saw a UPS guy just throw a package on the steps of a house without even ringing the bell! And that has happened to me before! I had call UPS to schedule another delivery because I wasn't home to sign for a package (it was from Forever 21 of dresses for graduation and a wedding). It was total BS because I purposely made sure to stay home cause I need my dresses!

Looks familiar! I am sure that they just have fun with boxes and like mistreating them! I have received my share of damaged boxes and items from UPS. They are the worst! I don't ever send anything with them anymore! They are too ruff and abusive to packages. I am so glad that your bag was undamaged!

Wow, I thought it was just my area! I hate UPS, and will never, ever have anything shipped by them if I can help it. My packages always show up looking the way yours did, or worse.
I hope the contents were ok!

Gawd! I hate UPS! When I was back in CA... my bro's stuff are delivered by UPS and when I don't open the door right away (when they buzz the door bell), this Lady UPS person would just throw those darn big boxes on our patio like the items inside the box aren't THAT important at all. HATE THEM WITH A PASSION-- that lady, in particular since she always does the delivery in our area.

btw, what bag did you get???

UPS is the worst ever!

I posted on Yelp about it because I finally had it:

"UPS Fg SUCKS!

The drivers are the most illiterate people on earth!

They say they have "attempted" delivery on both occasions (they did this to me today and also last year) when they never even rang the doorbell! I was here all afternoon!!!

When I called the 1-800 number, the stupid operators give you the round a round until is too late to have your package delivered and offer for you to pick it up!
Bright idea bozos! If I wanted to pick up my package myself, why would I choose to have it delivered in the first place!!!?

They should either improve their service and customer service bozos at that or get the out!!!"

I'm not surprised to learn they keep on sucking
