Default TPF Member Scammed Another AGAIN! Yes, AGAIN!
It's about time I posted about this TPF member. I was waiting for the investigation to wrap-up with my credit card team but I'm getting an overwhelming response from many concern TPF members after I let out a warning through the authentication thread - so I think it's a good time to get this message out there.

First, my story:

I found a pair of Louboutin's listed on Bonanzle that I was very interested in purchasing. I emailed the seller about the shoes and asked her if she was a TPF member, which she confirmed. I knew I had seen her pics in the reference threads so I felt comfortable in purchasing from her, though she had no feedback.

I paid for the shoes through Google checkout using my credit card. After payment was sent, I sent the seller several more follow-up emails to which she did not reply. A few weeks went by I sent her more emails through Google checkout and through Bonanzle asking for status of my order, tracking information, method of shipment – and still, no reply. Then I tried calling the phone number listed on my Google checkout invoice and found it to be an electric company and they had never heard of Ms. XXXX. I was alarmed a started to send warning emails to the seller, which I could clearly see she was reading and not only that – but the shoes were still listed for sale on Bonanzle!

I contacted Swanky, the CL mod, explaining the situation and my concerns. I thought maybe this seller was a TPF imposter or something. I mean how could a TPF member do that, right? We’re all honest people. I sent this person PMs through TPF and copied Swanky but again - no reply. After talking with Swanky and confirming this gals identity, Swanky’s response to me was, "don't bother emailing her". The tone in her emails was like she wasn't surprised...(now I know why)..

So a few days ago and see another TPF member posted the same exact shoes I paid for in the Authentication thread. I promptly sent out the alarm to her NOT TO PAY FOR THE SHOES, BUYER BEWARE. Since then, I have received numerous emails from members telling me that this gal/TPF member has scammed before!

All I can say is WOW. This chick needs to be stopped and not only that, pay for her crimes.

Not only have I filed a dispute with my credit card, I am in the process of filling a complaint with the local authorities where she resides. My uncle is a high ranking member Houston Police Department (he works in Fraud!) and he is helping me out by giving me avenues to assist in this process. I also have a cousin who works for the District Attorney's office, which is also a great resource! I plan to take this as far as I can. She cannot get away with this! She will continue to scam others.

Shockingly, her listings are STILL UP ON BONANZLE! I am working on that as well.

I'm sure most of you can figure out who this member is but if not - PM me and I'll send your her ID.

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER/TPF MEMBER

Here's her Bonazle listing: http://www.bonanzle.com/booths/UTLou...t_Rolando_5_35

I had another TPF friend email the seller asking about the shoes to which she replied they where still available! Look and now, OBO!

The thread started by another member she scammed:
TPF Member/Buyer Does Chargeback!!

and UPDATE on Ebay/Paypal Issue w/PF Member & Question

SO BUYER BEWARE!

I truly hope you get your money back, and thanks for the well-written, fact-laden post about this person.

I am really shocked, and very sad you had to go through this, OP. I thought that perhaps the first incident was isolated, but now it seems she's turned into a full-blown con artist. I am glad you are not letting her get away with this.

Unfortunately all it takes is one time for a scammer to get away with it before they get hooked and realize that if it worked once it might work again!

Thanks, pretty. We all appreciate you helping bring this to light and hopefully keeping her away from scamming others. I don't get why she is doing this at all. The first time I heard about the scam she pulled, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Let's not forget that she also participated in a CL RAOK in the past and never sent her gifts out. I only recently found out about that. That can also be considered a scam.

I think it's important to remember that TPF is just a forum. I feel more comforted if it's a TPF member depending on their activity on the forum. However, I always check their feedback, so unless it's a TPF with other 100 + feedbacks for selling like or similar items, I don't buy for them. Also, I always have things authenticated.

I just think of a forum as a night club. Various people go there because of their likes and their image, but in the end, anyone can come in.

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! OMG!!

I just can't get over the antics of this girl! I wonder how many others she has stolen from - cuz you know there just are others. Her listings have been up on Bonanzle for sometime now. Who knows what other forums she uses in her schemes.

I think it's more of a big deal because a lot of us had become friends with her outside of tPF. We were friends on FB, always checked up on each other, felt like we kind of knew what was going on in each other's lives (as best as you can via the internet)... she wasn't just some random tPFer.. she was a well-known member, posted very frequently, and befriended a lot of us outside of tPF.

The sad thing is that I don't think she has any remorse at all. It's amazing that she can act so friendly and nice and post on facebook like nothing is going on... pathetic. This girl has some serious issues.

Nope, I kid you not. I wasn't sure if I should bring it up, but it only adds more to prove that she is scamming people.

And yes, I wonder how many others who aren't tPF members have gotten scammed. I just hope they know about being able to do a charge back with their CC company.

Don't know what you are referring to, but I do not think so. Her name doesn't have a T in it (real name or tPF name).
