Hi everyone,
If you don't know from my previous thread, Am I Being Unreasonable? Please Advise. I purchased a pair of TB shoes from a seller and was having several issues and concerns with them. Now, all of my fears have come to fruition. I had finally gotten a response from the seller saying they would ship the shoes which they did. Today, I have received the shoes and they are not what I ordered! I ordered a pair of patent TB Amy Pumps and I got a pair of TB Flip Flops that I don't even think are authentic! I am completely fed up and reporting the rest of this to Bonanzle. I will also file with Paypal and if this does not work I will do a chargeback w/ my CC. This is completely ridiculous and I am so frustrated. I've never dealt with a seller that is so disorganized and unprofessional that they have this many issues. I should have known from the start!

If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it as I am just at my wits end and just want my money back. Ugh.. I will never deal with this seller again!

Neither Bonz nor PP can do anything for the reasons explained in the other thread. All you can do is return the shoes with delivery confirmation (no sense in paying more for sig conf when PP buyer protection doesn't apply; as to insurance, that's up to you) and dispute the charge with your CC once the shoes show as "delivered."
