My question is, if we are not allowed to relist or list for thirty days, who will still be a Power Seller? My discount is 20%, and I will hate to see that go by the wayside. Can you possibly list using a friend or relative's account? I sell for extra spending money, or to buy a new bag, etc. I cannot imagine the horror if this is your business! ![]() You know, eBay did this several years ago, right before Christmas. At that time, it was Coach that was restricted, as well as Tiffany jewelry. Some members at that time were restricted for three months. I can remember one single mom with two children who were going to have no Christmas because of this bs. One poor man listed an actual Coach (from the Old West). It was removed. They are beyond crazed.

Yeah, I got mine the other day too. I listed H/E shoes and bags ...no problem, then when I tried to list a BNIB Chanel Glossimer it gave me the warning/restriction. Either I'm crazy or they really do suck!

What a friggin' nightmare!
I would strongly encourage you to cancel any listings running that need a significant revision, but you are locked out & unable to revise... It is a PITA, but better to wait out the 30 days than to face a SNAD dispute if your widget sells. JMO Even if you have an email where the Buyer states and agrees that they understand and accept the changes prior to paying, this won't hold up in a dispute. PayPal will only look at the auction, not the emails. |

This may have NO relevance, but it makes me wonder....
Someone listed several Chloe bags yesterday from Ebay UK, also shown in Ebay US.... fake & they got reported. Seller listed same bags again today, from Ebay UK, also on Ebay US.. Reported again, listings pulled again. I just wonder, can you by-pass this rule if you list FROM Ebay UK? |

I started ebay in 2003 and been selling since 2006. I sell victoria's secret but I occasionally sells deisgner items like lacoste and Coach bag that I purhased from Macys. I'm a silver powerseller with a feedback of 100%. I have this problem also since It wont allow me to list all my Coach bag that I just purchased which they only allow me 1 bag. All mys lacoste shirt was not allowed either even if I sold about 8 of this shirt 2 months ago.

I wonder if you can get away with this by selecting "other" in brand specifics. When you select "other" it will prompt you with a blank box, in which you type "Louis Vuitton". This MIGHT trick the listing to be from another category. I don't know if this works but you can try if you're one of those prone to editing listings.
