Does the buyer even have the ability to get her money back since she purchased off Bonanzle? I thought PP only refunds for Bonanzle on INR.

That sucks about not being able to report it directly because the original listing was on another website; however, you could still contact the wonderful and helpful CS agents at fBay and see if there's anything they can (will) do other than apologize for the inconvenience. And, then again, you could be sneakier than her BUT, if she's trying to sell the bag, you'd probably be better off not interfering so that she gets rid of the bag and off your back.

Nope, you're right. And PP refunds for INR on Bonanzle IF it can get the money from the seller.

You can report the item and have it removed. Here is how you do it.....
Click 'report item' on the item page.

Then choose the following from the drop-down menus that will appear on the next page -
Counterfeits and copy-right violations
Potential Trademark Infringement
Counterfeit Handbags

Click 'continue'.

The next page will show you the listing number for the item you are reporting in the first box and the next box allows for a brief description. In this box type "pics stolen from Bonanzle item # XXXXXXXX."

Click 'Send Report'.

Did you report to Bonanzle? It's worth a shot. At least that might keep them from being a problem there.

I know I've seen postings from one of the people that runs bonanzle.

Has she copied & re-hosted your pics, or is she using your bandwidth/your ISP? If she is linking to YOUR pics, on YOUR host, you can change your pics to say "This picture was stolen". Only if you run out of other options, of course. Definitely take a copy of the auction -- which proves she HAS the item.
