Slow Sales?

I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing slow sales? I have two bags listed now, that would have sold withing days a couple months ago, and they have no watchers or best offers.

I was wondering if everyone elses sales were also really slow?

its the US economy...its really taking a beating....hence the influx of international buyers such as me hehehhe...ive been watching bloomberg and cnn...there's still fears of recession over there nyarf

Yeah, I don't bother selling anymore. It is just a waste of paying the fees for nothing. It is a great buyer's market though!

VERY slow.

For a while there I could list stuff with Best offer and it would sell in 2 to 3 days. Now I'm having to relist sometimes.

It's hit or miss. I just sold 4 items (3 LAMB bags, and one Coach bag), but the other smaller accessories and bags are going nowhere!

I've listed one bag FOUR TIMES - each time with over 20 watchers and no bids. I priced it way lower than what others were selling for and still nothing.
I'm not listing this sucker again.

It's going to be a gift to my step-sister now.

I notice that sellers either priced their items lower or the ending prices are much lower than before, it's definitely a buyer's market now.

I had 26 watchers the other day and the bag ended with only 1 bid. Go figure...

but the bags i want are still marked up way too high..ughhhhhhhhhh

if not the price..its the time it ends...im asleep during that time :(

Yes, it is slow. I have 10 listings now and only two of them have bids. Too bad.

You can use a sniping service when you can't be around to bid. I used a sniping service when the ending time is not convenient for me.

Sales are definitely slow...I had some burberry bags for sale...waaaay below MSRP (shoot, even way lower then sale or outlet prices as well)...I had quite a number of watchers...no one took the BIN nor even attempted to make a BO.

its up and down for me. But still not as much as I was selling last year. Things seem to be picking up though

Hello. I was just about to post the same when I saw this heading. I too had incredible deals on a Marc Jacob bag and leopard Lesportsac. Lots of watchers but no bids? Are the gas prices stealing our buyers? Too bad eBay doesn't implement something where watchers can get offers after end of auction. These slow sales really are a bummer. Too bad we can't offer to forum members here who are looking for deals.
