Default should i be worried?

i recently purchased an LV scarf on eBay from a reputable seller and also got it ok-ed on the "authenticate this" thread on the LV forum, BUT shortly after winning the auction, the seller listed another scarf using the exact same pictures as the one i just won.

i know it's possible that the seller has two of the same scarves and just decided to use the same pictures for both listings, but what makes me uneasy is that i would be paying the seller via money order......so technically the seller could just take my money and sell my scarf once more to another ebayer....

should i be worried??

Share your concerns with the seller. You will then have two options. Take a NPB hit and just blow it off, or send the MO and hope for the best. Good luck!

I would ask her. And preferably pay by Paypal if possible.

Chances are she has two scarves and just doesnt want to take double pics. Ask her to be sure. I would also pay by pay pal as well that way if you never get the scarve or its not what you expected you can file a claim to get your money back!
