Default Shipping to Japan?

I just sold a handbag to a buyer in Nishikyo-ku, Kyoto. I am trying to get a price quote for shipping to her, but am only coming up with $80-90 through UPS. Is it really that much to ship a 4 lbs package?

Yes, using FedEx or UPS is way more expensive that USPS.

If you ship via the post office, you should use the EMS quote, because otherwise you won't have tracking.
