Shipping to Canada from US??

I currently have an auction running and have 2 buyers from Canada that would like to bid. I'm in the US. I normally have allowed US bidders only due to the PayPal policy of having a tracking number. Is there a way to ship to Canada and receive a tracking number? If you're US based and ship outside the US do you still take PayPal payments?
suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I live in Canada and people from the US send me packages with tracking all the time.

I had a buyer fron Canada and I had her pay me with BidPay.

Yes, tracking numbers are available in Canada.
Canada Post offers them and so do the couriers.

if you send from the US with signature confirm, Canada Post will take over and notify USPS. USPS and Canada Post have been seamless for me as seller to buyers in Canada and vice versa. Another option, depending on value of item, is registered mail.

Paypal can confirm US, UK and Canadian addresses so you have seller protection.
