Wow, and she is from BC too. Was she the winner to your auction?

I would send a message to the seller telling her those aren't her pictures and that you will be reporting her. That may convince her to take them down. I know some here who have had the same problem were able to convince the sellers to remove them.

But I would also report her, as you have done.

eBay will pull the listing if you can prove they are your photos, just send them the link to your previous listing.
LOL @ "Contact me for my reserve price". Does she realize she didn't put one in her auction?

eBay will always delete it when you report it. I have done it before when my photos were stolen.

thanks everyone! i mailed her and told her that i know they aren't her pics and that i have reported her. hopefully she will take it down? not likely though, her previous feedback had a few buyers saying that they never received the items. unfortunately when you just look at her fb, it is 100%, but when i clicked it, i saw that she hasn't sold or bought since 2006 so eBay considers that 100%?? ugh.
flychinadoll i posted those pics on craigslist, not eBay. :( so she didn't win my auction. :(

eBay will pull the auction if you can prove to them that you own the pictures. Good luck!

Those are your pictures, Betseylover? Someone on Craigslist is using your pictures as well!! I almost fell for it if it wasn't for lee69, telling me that they were yours!! Just go on craigslist Vancouver and search louis vuitton!! I emailed that lady (whose name is kathy) that i know those aren't her pictures.

So if you posted those pics on Craig's List, and she pulled them from that, what is she doing about the date stamp code??? Is that her own pic or is she stealing that from you, too? Obviously, when the winning bidder receives their bag, they'll see that it's not the same.

I see that the auction ended anyway.

those are all my pics that she stole. i looked at the eBay sellers past selling feedback and noticed that there were a few not received item negatives. so either she is sending them nothing or sending them a bag with a diff date code? i am thinking the first one. unreal!
thanks to tpf, i learned how to watermark my pics from now on. lesson learned.

That is completely unreal. I hope they get caught.

And somehow, these are the people who are able to sell LV items? But honest sellers have to wait 30 days??? Ugh!
