yup, eBay should remove the other auction fairly quickly , you'll need your auction number to send with the report

Go to the very bottom of the page. Click on "Report this item." For "Reason of Reporting," select "Copying of your listing." Then for "Detailed Reason" select "Report your picture or description was copied or linked without permission." Then just click "Continue" and it'll take you through.
