Awesome -- I reported the shirts after reading this thread and I'm glad they're gone.

Good job OP for spotting this scammer.

This is sickening. This auction completed, someone purchased it, is the same one I was looking at and wanting to bid. Even the authenticators on the LV forum said this one was authentic???

^^^Are you sure this Speedy was authenticated here??? It does not have enough photos in the auction to verify it's authenticity and IMO there are a couple of things that are "off" about it.

Just noticed.....the receipt in the photo is dated 10/19/09 and she sold it on the completed auction on 10/25/09.

What an IDIOT!!!!! It is totally a FAKE bag because she could have just returned it to the boutique in the time frame she owned it if it was the "real" one she was selling.

I contacted the buyer of the Speedy........

I presume they were reported also or ebay checked the completed listings, has removed the listings. When this happens ebay typically sends out a canned message to the buyer that the listing was removed for trademark infringement (or whatever) and that they buyer no longer has any obligation to purchase (too late), etc.

Ebay usually also send the seller a message as to listings being removed, yada-yada.

All 4 SOLD have been removed by ebay, so must've been.

Yes, I'm sure because LVbabydoll said it was authentic. Here's a link to her post with a link to this same bag. Post #2988

Authenticate This Louis Vuitton >> Please read the rules & use the format in post #1

Your quote in BOLD was from addy that was before I request that the seller post more of the pics Addy wanted. LVbabydoll later (post 2988 above) said it was authentic after seller posted these requested pics.

^^^Uh oh, yikes! I don't know what this seller is up to!!!!!

IMO there is not enough photos to authenticate it but LVBabydoll is awesome so I am sure if she knew it was legit from the pics, then it was.

So maybe the seller HAS an authentic one, posted pics and the very very recent receipt and then sold a fake???? That must be what she did!

I mean, the seller would have LOST money on it and she could have returned it to the boutique in the time frame she bought and sold it KWIM?
