Please help. My sis just purchased $1.747,51 LV bag from
Seller:hot-picks4you( 12261226)
Won on July, 14. Paid on July, 15. She shipped item after my sis's account being suspended by eBay on July, 16. She shipped by Priority Mail® (2-3 days) with tracking number so once PayPal track it, it will shown that item is already arrived BUT it's just empty envelopes ( yes, about 17 empty envelopes ) while this bag is big enough. It's LV Suhali!

Please help

I don't know what to do, I never think that eBay's seller with over 1200 positive feedbacks will diminish her reputation for such this amount of money.

Are you saying this seller stuffed a bunch of envelopes into a box and did not send the bag?

File a dispute with paypal immediately! Receiving an empty box (or one with a brick in it, or newspapers, or whatever) is unfortunately a pretty common occurance with eBay/paypal. You shouldn't have any trouble, since the weight will be all wrong for the item you were supposed to receive. I have this same Suhali bag you purchased, and it's HEAVY!

Yes, seller sent item after my sis's account suspended by eBay. No bag at all, just 17 empty envelopes.

She even used delivery signature so once we track, it will shown as:

Label/Receipt Number: 9121 7850 9140 1650 9945 97
Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 10:46 AM on July 23, 2008 in DENVER, CO xxxxx. The item was signed for by M Sxxx.

Keep all of the packaging and file a PayPal dispute immediately. You should also have your sister take the packaging to USPS. I believe you can file a mail fraud case, if I am not mistaken. Your sister is in Denver, correct?

Call paypal and the post office and get the ball rolling. That isn't good at all and I really hope that it gets resolved. Keep us updated!

I had no idea this happened so often until I joined this forum. But, unfortunately, it seems that many sellers do this, high feedback or no. I'm not sure why they do it, it isn't like they won't be caught.

Oh my gosh!!! Think you need to call and inform your credit card company right away , before this seller become naru'd, and take your money right away, and escalate it w/ paypal (but w/ this paypal , i don't trust them anymore on how they response to this kind of issue.

Keep us posted , soo sorry that this happened, i guess from now on if i buy from eBay , have to open this box in fron tof the delivery man, for back up witness ( like what some member advice )

You decide... I have copied and pasted emails from this scammer who now has my bag and the money!!!! Please read below, and you will find how this scammer wanted me to ship the bag to Indonisia. Contacted me with the user name of LVGodiva, with the story that you will read below in her own emails to me. Then proceeded to purchase the bag under another eBay account hermes*lover ( which is now suspended) I WONDER WHY????? Insisted that I ship the bag to Indonesia, but it is my policy that I only ship to confirmed addresses...you can see that in my policy on all my items!!!! So I did ship the bag, to the address that hermes*lover was registered with paypal in Colorado....Now she filed a claim with paypal, stating she never authorize this purchase!!! However, she is here creating a story about her sister!!! Completely admitting that she indeed made the purchase...And now scamming me out of my bag and money!!!

Now to all the ladies who were previously judging me...why don't you try to help me out and tell me what should I do?????
