It sounds fishy that it was filled with empty envelopes which the post office could have good access to.
thats quite true !

I love this forum. It's helped me so much, but it does give info/ideas on how to scam others..the episode mentioned sounds oddly like a few others that have been shared here..and with what eBay what PP are allowing lately..buyer's having no recourse, the scamming is just going to get worse.
I'd hate to think a respected member has taken a deceitful scamming route..only time will tell..

Well. I MUST say. You do have a point there.

I saw this thread last night and looked the bag up for myself just because I try to gather as much information as possible before I offer advise on situations like this. The thing that struck me as odd, to be perfectly honest, is that the buying id used to purchase the bag was created on July 11 and then NARU'd only a few days thereafter, which happens to be shortly after the auction ended. This CAN give the appearance that it was created - not as a permanent buying id - but instead, a buying id for only one single purchase. And then for the OP to say here in the very first post that it was her sister's account that was suspended but in her email to the seller say that it was her buying id??? I'm confused. Maybe the OP would like to explain that better because I'm obviously missing something here.

It would also be interesting to see some proof showing that the buyer has filed a PayPal claim of an unauthorized transaction. That is not the same as saying the goods were not received.

This is not an attempt to take sides, either. These are just honest questions that I would really like to know the answer to.

Wow, this story is tricky, Aouch! Me, what bothers me a little, is that HotPicks says she joined this forum to clear her name, But, how did she know that a thread was started about her if she wasnt part of this forum? humm...

I just want to make one point, that is 17 empty envelopes will never ever be the weight of a LV bag. How is that even possible???
