If your sister account hermes*lover was registered in the us,,,why did you want me to ship the bag to indonisia??? Your tactic was to scam me from the very start!!!! But i will hold you responsible and get to the bottom of all this!! And i will keep everyone here posted!!!!!!

Oh my. LVgodiva, what's the weight of the parcel on the form? Any pics of the empty box? The bag and box would have weighted over 2kg. Why was your sister's account suspended by eBay since it's for buying only?

Yikes...this sounds wayyyyy off on both sides.

Just curious...but LVGodiva...you have been having a TON of problems on eBay lately. I'd probably give it up if I were you!

So many questions need to be answered before judgement can be made on this.

This is strange. Keep us updated.

hotpicks may have some negatives.. but none are for recieving an empty envelope or scamming. More like the person was not happy with the product.

According to the tracking, the package was sent to Denver, not Indonisia. Looks like the package was mailed to a confirmed address. LVgodiva is trying to help her sister. IMO, the seller has pretty poor feedback.

Since both parties have their stories, I think this will leave to PayPal or cc to decide.

If the package wasn't open during transition, one of them is a scammer.

Hi, all.

First let me say that I have been a lurker here for a LONG time and I have gained invaluable information here. You have all helped in so many ways and I have learned MUCH. Thank you!

However, I felt I needed to come out from behind my rock of lurking (LOL) and post about this particular situation.

LVGodiva is NOT what she appears to be. Someone stated that she seems to have a lot of problems on eBay and perhaps she should quit altogether. I could not agree more. Manipulative does not begin to describe her and I have a close friend (more like a sister) that was ALMOST scammed by her.

The above posted communications from her sound remarkably like the ones my BFF received and she DID try to get her to ship to Indonesia. On more than one occassion! There is MUCH more to the story, but this is not my thread and I will not hijack it.

Not saying she wasn't scammed or forming an opinion either way in THIS case. I just wanted to let you all know that she is in fact VERY shady and I cannot believe she hasn't been called out before now.

I do agree that SOMETHING is going on here (in this case) and I would lay money down as to who the scammer is.

Thanks for reading and so sorry for the mini-hijack. I just REALLY wanted to let others know to use extreme caution when/if you deal with her.

Oh, and BTW.....this was a VERY pricey LE Louis Vuitton item. And LVGodiva tried for 4 days to get my friend to ship to 3 different addys. Ummm....no! She refused to sell to her in the end and Godiva had the audacity to call HER a scammer and a liar.
