Default Rude sellers!!

I just don't understand why people have to be so rude. I was planning on bidding on a pair of shoes so I asked the seller a simple question to verify size. I asked them if I could have a length measurement so I don't order something that won't fit. The response I got?? (I won't quote it, but rather paraphrase it):

*A length measurement? As a seller I can't be responsible for the size of the shoe. They are true to size and that is a 8M.*

Umm...excuse me?!? I never said you were responsible. You just lost a buyer, thanks.
