Default Reporting Feedback Extortion

I know most of us are upset about the new feedback policies, and as a seller I've already experienced my first case of feedback extortion. So, just in case it happens to you, save all email communication between you and the buyer, and then report it to eBay. They *claim* they will remove negative feedback if the buyer was trying to force you to meet unreasonable demands (such as something outside what was listed in the original auction). Here's the link, I hope it helps!

Cool, thanks for sharing! Hopefully eBay will actually remove this type of feedback if buyers leave it.

Thanks for posting. It's a sad state of affairs when you have to add "feedback extortion" to your help pages??? You'd think eBay would stand up and take note!?!
