Does anyone know how to report counterfeit items on eCrater and if so, do they actually respond to these reports (i.e. pull them down)?

I've done a bunch of searches and can't seem to find the answer. Sorry if I'm missing something as I'm sure this has been discussed before.

I don't think any of these sellers are interested in doing the "right thing"

when they knowingly are selling fakes. They probably figure that someone

will buy them! It is a shame isn't it?

I've been an e-bay buyer for years and have never come across anything like this - horrifying!

So, before I do anything about a recent purchase I need to check something very carefully.

I recently bought a Longchamp VEAU FOULONNE HOBO bag. Description as follows:

Authentic great Longchamp bag.
Black grained leather.
12”L x 9.5”H x 4” W.
Shoulder strap drops 13.5”
Closes with zipper. Inside has a zipper compartment and a flat pocket. One key strap.
One zipper pocket on the back.
shoulder strap has suede (right on the shoulder area) for comfort.
Inside Longchamp leather tab with date code and Made in France.
Pre-owned in excellent condition.
Perfectly clean inside and outside. Corners in excellent shape.
This bag does not show any sings of wear. It is in like new condition.

Having now received the bag it's in great condition as promised BUT, it seems a little off - smells a little 'plasticy'.

I don't want to start anything without checking very carefully that this bag isn't in fact genuine.

Posting here and will also post into the Authenticate This thread - but just had to share this here as I'm trying to make sure I don't offend the seller before going further!

Is this genuine?

NFL Referee Crest Fitted Logo Hat Cap White

How does ebay allow for this seller to basically make their own product and sell it as official licensed gear. Lets take a look at the hat and this seller.

First of all there should be a hologram sticker with the product....
There is none

Second, Reebok is the official NFL licensed merchandised distributor. Not " NU-FIT"

Third, The NFL does not even sell this hat or deemed it as a official product. I called the league themselves and the said the referee cap is not for resell.

So how is this seller getting away with basically making his own product and selling like it is offically gear. Using the likeness, and copyright infridgement.

Can someone please answer this illegal activity and if that the case I recommend everyone making their own product and selling because, it is not official and not licensed.

I have reported the item and it seems like you can sell anything as a NFL product and licensed if you buy the patch and throw it on a product. I think we should all par-take in this lucrative business opportunity that ebay allows seller.

I can't believe people are bidding on this! It's a Damier bag, but it has Mono docs, and the seller even advertised it as Mono. They even include all the fake envelopes!
